Urban Beat is looking for a professional talent manager to take over the responsibility of negotiating contracts, scouting for performance and event opportunities and in general being responsible for their entire performance schedule. 

The person best suited to this position will be someone who has a clear and in depth knowledge of the entertainment industry and the Hip-Hop Scene in NZ.  We are looking for someone with initiative who won’t be afraid to think outside of the square.  The perfect manager for us is someone who will deal with people from music video directors to council members and everyone in between in a friendly but professional manner keeping Urban Beats best interest in mind. 

This role is on a commission only basis and could turn out to be a very profitable one for the right person.   As this is a very autonomous role the successful applicant can make this position as full or part time as they want.  Urban Beat Dance Co. has a very family oriented way about it so not only are we looking for someone to be our manager but for someone who will blend well and become part of our family.
